The Brenz Band , Germany, consists of 16 musicians, 9 of whom are mentally disabled. The band was founded

in Ludwigsburg/Germany in 1977 by Horst Tögel, former headmaster of the Ludwigsburg School for The Physically

and Mentally Disabled. The  band, “Artistes pour la Paix de l’UNESCO 2005/2006”, also are Ambassadors for Peace for “Fondation Paix 21”; this outstanding group of musicians is seen here during the festival 2008 in the streets of Osterburken.
