The entire population is taking part in the inauguration. Actually there are representatives  from the 8 villages wich depend on the Health Center, some of them from neighbouring Cameroon : authorities, village-chiefs, children, women and men have come, many by foot or by pirogue... some have spent the night outdoors, just to be in time for the event.
